TeamCards

TeamCards give every student a clear number, partner, and role right on the table — so you can randomly call on students, check for understanding, and assign jobs like who starts, who shares, or who collects materials. Each file includes several colors: use one per team, match your décor, or go multi for an extra layer of strategic grouping. TeamCards work best on tables; for individual seats, try labels or stickers instead.

Choose a team size that works best for your layout.

TeamCard 4: The sweet spot: built-in pair work, no odd one out, and maximum participation.

TeamCard 3: For classes with an odd number of students — covers a remainder team of 3.

TeamCard 5: Same idea, for a remainder team of 5.

TeamCard 6: Shoulder partners stay 1:2, 3:4, 5:6. Face partners become "Flip Partners" (1:6, 2:3, 4:5) to avoid confusion.
